It took 35 issues before the writers of The Titans decided to have Beast Boy appear. Accompanied by Flamebird, he appears in issues #35 and 36. The story was written by Jay Faerber, drawn by Peter Grau, and inked by Bud LaRosa. Thanks to Susan Basham (aka KTHunter) for sending me the scans.
