I found this after a long night of browsing. Apparently in Brazil, Gar is named "Mutano". There's a picture of most of the Titans up on the site by this artist as well in the "Galeria".

Marcus created his own version of the team called the "Titians" - a rather interesting parody of the Titans. In it he created an alternate version of Gar in the character "Chang-Ling".
